There are many ways to rent ski and snowboard equipment in Telluride and just about all are the same price, except for the beginner packages offerred by the Ski and Snowboard School.

If you are not a beginner, then the other private ski rental companies in town are competitive.  Some have better equipment and services than others, but all are priced around the same.

Here's who we recommend:

1.  Special Delivery to Your Condo, Hotel, or Home:

             A great way to go: Black Tie Ski Rentals of Telluride will bring your equipment to where you are staying and check that                       all fits correctly right there - and their prices are competitive and quite the same as other rental shops on the mountain.

2.  Beginner Rental Packages with Ski School

           The Ski School offers a heck of a cheap package that includes equipment, lift ticket AND lessons for only $107 to $160 per day.         That's darn cheap and no other rental company can match that kind of price

3.  Slopeside shops:

       West end of the Town of Telluride:  Telluride Sports is your closest shop to lift 7

         Center of Town of Telluride (Near Gondola): Paragon Sports (down home, old style service), and then Telluride Sports is also right        near the gondola

         Mountain Village Core: Telluride Sports, and Neve are all close by
